Eat to get Thin!

Eating and digesting food increases metabolism and calorie burning through process called DIT (diet-induced thermogenisis). Weight trained (strength and functional training) individuals showed a higher DIT, and more calories were also expended even when they were sedentary. Regular exercise, and eating smaller meals throughout the day led to weight loss, whereas trying to diet and lose weight often led to a larger weight gains when the dieting terminated.
