The Cotton Ball Diet involves eating cotton balls – either dry or soaked in gelatin because cotton balls are low in calories, but very filling, so you aren’t tempted to eat real food, which contains calories and some other stuff that keeps you healthy and alive. Compared to the Tapeworm Diet (you swallow live Tapeworms) or the “cleansing Diet (you spend your life catching up on your reading in the “library”!) this one sounds fairly tasty! Another magic bullet!
